A differently milled (parboiled) basmati rice variety, having unique yellow color. The sella rice is processed typically; the paddy is steamed and then dried before milling. The rice does have all the distinct features of basmati rice. It is widely used in preparing Pulao and Biriyani. Kaula offers two different variants of Sella Basmati Rice, which are Golden Sella Basmati and Creamy Sella Basmati.
